Terms and conditions for the registration

All payments must be made in euro (EUR).
Payment by bank transfer or postal transfer is made to:

Bank fees are the organizer’s responsibility.

Please make sure that you have filled the payment order with all the necessary information and the name of the event - Professional Conferences on Japanese Architecture. BAB 2006
Please send a copy of the payment order by fax at (004 021) 211.21.90 or scanned, by e-mail at office@arhitectura1906.ro. Organizers will confirm your participation to conferences after receiving the participation fees.

By signing this form, I authorize Q-Proiect (Conferences Organizing Committee) to use all the registration data from this form, submitted for processing the materials for the conferences. I herein agree with all the general terms and conditions stated in this form.

Cancellation and reimbursement

Cancellations can be notified in written to the conferences organization committee, at No. 9, Zece Mese St, 2nd District, Bucharest, Romania, by e-mail at office@arhitectura1906.ro or by phone/fax (004 021) 211.21.90, but only until November 10th 2006. For cancellations announced until November 10th 2006, the conference registration fee will be reimbursed, except for an administrative fee of 10 Euro + VAT. A representative of an institution/company/architecture studio can be replaced by another person from the same institution/company/architecture studio only if the organization committee of the conferences is notified with at least 10 days before the event. For every such change a processing fee of 5 Euro + VAT will be charged. Fees will not be reimbursed for: late arrivals, not using any of the services provided, leaving a conference before end or for participating to only one day of conferences. Amounts for requests received after the announced deadlines will not be reimbursed. All the reimbursements will be made only after the end of the conferences.
